Yes. Horizons is an oceanfront building with direct beach access and an oceanfront pool, and the condo is on the 14th floor with wraparound balconies.

Yes, one free space in the building's secure underground garage, with a height limit of 2.13 m (7 ft). Trailers, RVs, boats, campers and oversized vehicles aren't permitted on the Horizons property.

Beach chairs, a beach canopy, a cooler, beach toys and other gear, kept in the condo's assigned parking area. Please bring everything back free of sand.

The building is in a multi-phase exterior renovation. Work on the condo's side is finished, and it has moved to lower sections on the opposite side of the property. It's scheduled Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weather permitting, with none on weekends, so you may occasionally hear or see it during those hours. The pool and beach access stay open, and you'll get an update before arrival if anything changes.

The condominium association has cameras in the common areas, and there's a video doorbell outside the condo entrance. There are no cameras inside the condo.

Yes. There's a free travel crib, the two extra bedrooms have TVs, books and games, and the pool and beach are downstairs. Children need to be supervised in common areas, including the pool and beach access.

Yes, an in-unit washer/dryer combo, and community laundry on the same floor for larger loads.

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi, plus Smart TVs with cable.

Registered guests only, no parties or events, no smoking or vaping inside or on the balconies, and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM under the condominium's rules.

On launch days you may be able to watch rockets from Cape Canaveral from the balconies. Kennedy Space Center is about an hour and a quarter's drive south.

Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld are about an hour to an hour and a half's drive, so the beach and the parks fit in one trip.

Most guests find a car the easiest way to get around. The beach, nearby restaurants and some attractions are walkable; the Speedway, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine and Orlando's parks are a drive. Uber and Lyft are easy to find.
